14R continues the Historic R Street transformation by delivering a mixed-use development at the prominent corner of 14th and R Streets. Developed by Urban Capital in partnership with Priority Parking and CADA, 14R will significantly enhance R Street’s vibrancy and pedestrian energy. The project will deliver approximately 170 residential units ranging from studios to four-bedroom floor plans, 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, 6,000 square feet of resident amenities, and more than 150 parking stalls. The six-story building will feature four stories of wood-frame construction above a two-story concrete podium and will span Rice Alley, uniting the sites at 1410 R Street and 1823 14th Street. The existing surface parking lot and office building will be demolished to make way for this new landmark development.
