Studio30 is Urban Capital’s proof of concept for its innovative method of delivering attainable housing, in partnership with the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA). The project represents a groundbreaking milestone as the first privately financed new construction project in Sacramento’s urban core dedicated to residents earning between 60%-120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Studio30 includes 30 thoughtfully designed units, including 20 studios and 10 1-bedroom lofts. Each unit features a full-size kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, smart home functionality, backlit mirrors, access to 20 bicycle stalls, and a ButterflyMX intercom system to maximize tenant convenience.
