Braulio Gonzalez serves as Director of Asset Management at Urban Capital, overseeing the performance of the company’s portfolio and operations. He is responsible for capital execution, NOI accountability, and operational strategy, ensuring assets perform according to development and investment objectives.
Early in his career, Braulio gained experience working with developers in the Bay Area, focusing on publicly financed low-income housing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis, and is passionate about fostering economic growth and creating lasting community impact. A Los Angeles native who grew up in Inglewood, Braulio now lives in Sacramento, where he enjoys spending time with his dog, fishing, and exploring the local food scene.
