Braulio Gonzalez serves as Urban Capital’s Director of Operations, overseeing development, asset management, and company operations. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience working with developers in the Bay Area. His focus at this time was developing publicly financed low-income housing.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis, and is passionate about fostering economic growth and creating long lasting economic development for communities. A Los Angeles native who grew up in Inglewood, Braulio now lives in Sacramento, where he enjoys spending time with his dog, fishing, and exploring the city’s food scene.
